The young lady at the front desk was very nice. We got there at 11 AM, and we were hoping to store our luggage while waiting for our room. She called the cleaner and said it would be about an hour before we could check in, which we were very happy about. We took out luggage to the breakfast area to store it and there was no mention of a five Euro charge as another review stated. Then she came back to the breakfast area and said the cleaner just had to clean the floor and we could check in in 10 minutes. So we were very happy we could check in so early.

Beautiful rooms, very clean and spacious, and a large comfortable bed! Good value for money, with breakfast included. The hotel was in a safe area (which is important in Napoli). We had a room with a balcony (we were upgraded to a suite by the very nice staff), we had a nice street view, a desk, plentiful space to deposit our stuff, a clean bathroom, a desk, a safe, clean towels - beautiful. The area is easy to reach by metro or even a moderate walk from the train station. Perfect!

Upon arrival, you will receive a key to the room and the main door of the building (in case you arrive late and the main door is closed, just use this key or call the reception via the intercom. This situation is normal for hotels in Naples). The room I stayed in was recently renovated. Cleaning was carried out every day, the hosts are friendly and answered my questions about sights and transportation.

Very helpful reception and breakfast service girl.

The hotel is situated on the first floor of an old building, but everything is renovated recently. Breakfast was good. The coffee could be better having in mind Italian standards.
